Grand Imperial Court

Grand Imperial Court
Conventional yet modern Cantonese cuisine is served at the MGM Grand Imperial Court in a stately European dining room that is fit for blue bloods. Chef de Cuisine Li Chi Wai combines years of experience as a Hong Kong chef to present a menu that highlights the best of Chinese cooking styles and flavors.

The restaurant is located on level 2 of the posh VIP Hotel, accessible by elevators exclusively serving the restaurant. For a more intimate experience, there are eight private dining rooms and a lounge for a pre-meal aperitif.

Selections include all of the standards (bird’s nest, abalone, live fish and seafood tanks and barbecue) as well as more inventive dishes: wok-fried frog legs with XO sauce and onions, free-range chicken stuffed with preserved vegetables and pork, then baked six hours in a bread crust (you’ll need to phone ahead for this one), handmade Shanxi noodles and braised spring pigeon with matsutake mushroom. There is also a menu for vegetarians.
